Crossing: Around Cone Attacking Drill Print E-mail

Drill Description: This drill is designed to work on facing your body toward the ball and getting your body behind the ball as you are coming out on crosses. This works on attacking the ball and getting your momentum moving through the ball rather than staying stationary and waiting for it.

 

Goalkeeper and Server:

  • Goalkeeper works on getting behind the ball when attacking on crosses by making a small looping run around the three cones.
  • Server plays a high ball from his hands for the goalkeeper to receive out of the air.
