Drill description: This drill works on multiple save recovery. The goalkeeper must make a save and get up quickly to recover for the next shot. This drill is a three shot sequence.

Server:

• Server 1 plays a volley from their hands
• Server 2 shoots the ball to the goalkeepers left
• Server 3 shoots the ball to the goalkeepers right

Goalkeeper:

• The goalkeeper receives a volley from server one
• After receiving the serves from server 1 the goalkeeper goes across the goal, diving to their left for a shot from server 2
• After making the save the goalkeeper recovers to make a save to their right from server 3.
